Pickup is in Edmond, Oklahoma. The exact pickup address and details are provided after ordering or booking.

Early pickup is not available because orders are made fresh and scheduled around the selected pickup time, unless Frosted explicitly approves a change in advance. Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window.

If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time, Frosted reserves the right to cancel the order and no refund will be given.

Need to adjust pickup? Text 405-509-9409 as soon as possible to check availability. Pickup-time changes are not guaranteed.

Nationwide shipping may be available for eligible cookie orders and preorder releases. Availability and pricing vary by product.

Cakes are not shipped.

Custom availability varies by date and workload. Inquire as early as possible for highly detailed or large orders.

Rush orders may be available with as little as 24 hours’ notice when scheduling allows. All custom orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice will include a 20% rush fee.

Custom cookies have a two-dozen minimum. Cakes and other custom products follow the starting pricing shown on the Custom Orders page.

A deposit is required to place and book a custom order.

Final payment dates are established at booking. All balances must be paid in full before custom work begins.

Frosted welcomes invitations, themes, colors, logos, inspiration photos, and general ideas.

Inspiration photos, invitations, palettes, themes, and reference images are creative direction and are not reproduced exactly. When possible, Frosted creates custom artwork and cookie cutters in-house.

Every item is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, placement, piping, printing, and other design details are normal. Frosted makes reasonable efforts to match requested colors, but ingredients, icing, edible printing, lighting, screens, and other variables mean exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

Flavor, sweetness, texture, color preference, and overall aesthetic preference are subjective and do not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.

By approving order details and submitting payment, you acknowledge that Frosted retains reasonable creative discretion within the agreed theme and design.

Refunds or replacements are considered only when Frosted has made a material error from the agreed order details.

Gluten-friendly cookies are available for custom orders only for an additional $5 per dozen.

They require a two-dozen minimum for the gluten-friendly portion of the order. One gluten-friendly dozen cannot be added to an otherwise standard order.
